Celebrating an award for the HR Initiative of the Year

Especially proud to be part of the Growing Kent & Medway Horticulture Employment Task Force, after we scooped a Fresh Produce Consortium (FPC) award for the HR Initiative of the Year!

PrepWorld joined the group to share our knowledge and experience of running a successful fresh produce business with other local businesses, government, academic institutions, and the Department for Work and Pensions. Our combined mission has been to help manage the labour challenges across our sector in Kent and Medway, we feel this award serves as acknowledgment towards making a positive change in this area.
